Are you looking for another opportunity to develop in volleyball this summer?
The Team Ontario Academy (TOA) online program was created in order to make sure athletes and coaches still have a chance to stay connected to both the indoor and beach Team Ontario high performance pathways.
TOA will offer support to athletes based on the Athlete Insights program. Coaches and sport science professionals will lead live sessions with athletes to help them further their understanding of concepts related to technical, psychological, physical and life skills. All programming will be done virtually.
This virtual program will be a great complement to any in-person training opportunity athletes may have access to this summer, whether indoors, on the beach or on grass.
