Team Ontario Red
The Team Ontario Red (TOR) program is a development camp focused on introducing a larger group of athletes to a high-performance training environment. Team Ontario coaches will be leading a variety of sessions with the athletes to help them develop their skills during the training camp. Athletes will be presented with concepts relative to the university and international levels in order for them to better understand the steps they need to take in order to achieve their high-performance goals.

Team Ontario Red Girls
Team Ontario Red girls will train at Queen’s University to prepare for the Canada Cup competition.
Training Camp: July 12-21, 2026, Queen’s University
Canada Cup Competition: July 21-26, 2026, Regina Saskatchewan
18 athletes will be selected to the training camp. 14 athletes will be selected from training camp to travel to Regina for the Canada Cup.
Team Ontario Red Boys
Team Ontario Red Boys will participate in an international training camp to prepare for their competition at the Canada Cup. The international training camp will expose athletes to international volleyball, provide valuable learnings in managing their bodies and training on an international trip and help athletes learn to manage performing under the demands of travel and training in a new environment. The training camp will include exhibition matches against international opponents. International training camps serve as a great way for athletes to learn what training and travel may look like at the next level.
Training Camp:
July 7-8, 2026: Pre-Departure training camp *location TBD
July 8-17, 2026: International training camp at Dras Training Centre in Maribor, Slovenia.
Canada Cup Competition: July 21-26, 2026, Regina Saskatchewan.
Athletes will return home from Slovenia and be picked up at the airport. Athletes will be responsible for meeting at the airport for departure to Regina on July 21.
16 athletes will travel to Slovenia for the training camp. 14 athletes will be selected to travel to Regina for the Canada Cup.
