2025 Athlete Identification Process

The Athlete Identification process will be held virtually for the 2025 Team Ontario programs. This process will be held through an online application and video submission.

2025 Athlete ID dates, deadlines, and information will be released in November 2024. Athletes who are interested in submitting an application for 2025 Team Ontario programs should ensure their matches and tournaments are being filmed.

Athletes who wish to be identified for Team Ontario will be required to complete physical testing at Ontario Championships.

As part of the application, athletes/parents agree to receive reminders through SMS/Email regarding their Athlete ID application based on their submitted data.
