  • Indoor Teams on the Sand: A single booking option for club teams to experience sand training. Perfect for team bonding, skill development, or introducing athletes to a new challenge. Teams can book just the courts or choose to have a Team Ontario Beach coach lead the session.

  • Indoor Integrated Year-Round Training: A season-long option for indoor teams to make sand training part of their plan. Adding one sand training day alongside regular indoor practices helps athletes build long-term gains in ball control, endurance, and explosive power.
