Team Ontario Black athletes will participate in an international training camp to prepare for their competition at the Canada Cup. The international training camp will expose athletes to international volleyball, managing their bodies and training on an international trip and help athletes learn to manage performing under the demands of travel and training in a new environment. The training camp will include exhibition matches against international opponents. International training camps serve as a great way for athletes to learn what training and travel may look like at the next level.
