The 2024 Athlete Identification Process

The Athlete Identification application will open on January 2, 2024. Applications will be submitted via Formstack (link will be provided). The early bird fee for applications submitted before February 28, 2024 will be $50.00. The fee for applications submitted between February 28, 2024 and March 6, 2024 will be $65.00. All applications must be submitted by March 6, 2024.
Athletes will be required to complete physical testing at Ontario Championships.

Important action items :
Start taking video at tournaments and scrimmages
Attend OVA beach tour events if you are missing beach volleyball footage (for beach programs)
Attend the physical testing booth at Ontario Championships
